1.7. Cover the person

Copy the picture of the person with an umbrella on to a new document and use the Clone stamp tool to cover the person with the background so it looks like they have been removed. Leave the umbrella untouched.

You will need to use the background either side to paint over the person with the Clone stamp tool. Take your time and work carefully.
