1.11. Liquify tool
The Liquify tool in Photoshop can create interesting visual effects. It can be a good way of creating an interesting background for a graphic.
Copy the picture, switch to Photoshop, create a new document from clipboard then paste:
On the main menu, go to Filter > Liquify then use your mouse to liquify parts of the picture.
Click OK when finished.
The best way to learn it to have a go and practise. Some pictures produce better effects than others so start with this picture then choose one of your own.
